Local businesses and great schools are two of the many essential ingredients in the success of any thriving community. Businesses and schools can help each other out too. Families need services and places to shop, and businesses need customers. It's a natural partnership!

Local Business Program
Members make an annual contribution to the RCEF. We also welcome in kind donations that support our fundraising activities and operations. View Local Business Program Members.

Give as you Shop Program
Partners contribute to the RCEF based on a percentage of purchases made by your customers. We ask our partners to track customer purchases, send periodic checks, and help market the program. We revisit the success of each partnership on an annual basis. View Give as you Shop Members.

Event Sponsorship
The RCEF hosts a wide range of public events which are underwritten by business sponsorship. In return we recognize our sponsors through event promotional material. 2011 events include: Benefit For A Brighter Future, Groovin' In The Grove, 4th of July Parade Run, and the OktobeRun 5k and 1/2 marathon. We are also co-sponsoring PortFest with the Port of Redwood City.

Recognition Opportunties
We recognize our local business supporters through listings on our website, in our email newsletter, "RCEF eNews", in key publications, and in local media.

Our Schools Our Town Magazine
This magazine compiles flyers and advertising from businesses and services of interest to our school families into one convienient publication. Our Schools Our Town magazine is distributed to more than 6,000 school famlies at the beginning of each month. A portion of the proceeds are donated to the RCEF to support our work.
