Don't forget to check the Our Schools Our Town online calendar for listings of events, meetings, and camps, or to post your own free listing.
This free magazine brings school families news from our district and local business community each month. A portion of the magazine's revenue is contributed to the RCEF.
Contact us for more information about delivery and advertising. The RCEF thanks Our Schools Our Town publisher, Paul Maynes and his staff for their generous support.
GIVE WHILE YOU CRUNCH!
Do good while you snack at Milagros! Thanks to the generosity of Milagros Cantina, $1 of every bowl of chips sold goes to the RCEF! So far, we have received more than $10,000 since July 2011, from this delicious partnership.

HOW WE HELP

Our children need a well-rounded, high quality education that will prepare them to innovate, lead, work, and create in the California and America of tomorrow.

Our funding supports music instruction for students in grades 2 through 8, Outdoor Education for 5th graders, SMART teaching innovation grants, the middle school Summer Math Institute, and Wellness programs for all students.

Our supporters include parent and community members, local businesses, government agencies, major corporations and foundations, and other organizations with education as their priority.

Our mission is to enrich and advance educational opportunities for all 9,200 students in our 16 Redwood City School District schools: Adelante, Clifford, Garfield, Fair Oaks, Hawes, Henry Ford, Hoover, Kennedy Middle School, John Gill, McKinley Institute of Technology, North Star Academy, Orion, Roosevelt, Roy Cloud, Selby Lane, and Taft.

Our core values stress the importance of parnterships with our supporters and community. Partnerships help us reach out more effectively to our community, leverge existing programs to make better use of our funds, and bring a diverse and welcome voice to our decision making processes.
