Support Measure H

Measure H advances and enriches the education of all students enrolled in RCSD. RCEF strongly supports the initiative.

If passed, Measure H will raise approximately $3.3 million each year for 12 years in much-needed local funding to support key RCSD priorities including:

Attracting and retaining highly-qualified teachers

Reducing class sizes in kindergarten and first grade

Supporting reading and writing skills

Maintaining science, technology, engineering and math instruction

Measure H provides funding that cannot be taken by the state; all funds stay local. Funds will be distributed under the guidance of a citizen's oversight committee, and cannot be used to fund administrator salaries.
